Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Ralph account and the personal information associated with it at any time. Just send us an email and we'll take care of it.
How to request deletion
- Email riders@ralphdelivery.com from the email address on your account (or include it in your message).
- Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
- Include your name and the phone number on your account so we can locate it.
What happens next
We'll verify your request and delete your account and associated personal information. We may retain certain records where we are required or permitted by law to keep them — for example, payment, tax, and legal-compliance records. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
